Terms
Quote and order
The validity period is stated in the quote. An order is confirmed and the date reserved when the deposit stated in the quote is paid. The quote lists every piece, its dimensions, materials, delivery and setup.
Design and approval
We provide a digital sketch of every piece. Production starts only after your written approval. After approval, text or size changes may incur a charge if material has already been cut.
Lead times
Lead times are stated in the quote and run from sketch approval. The deadline for the final guest list for the seating chart is stated in the quote; later changes cannot be guaranteed.
Payment
A deposit is paid on reservation and the balance before the wedding, in the amounts and by the deadlines stated in the quote. An invoice is issued on payment.
Rental
Rented pieces (stands, shelves, walls, neon) remain Amorina's property. Rental runs from setup to collection at an agreed time. Damage or loss is charged at the value stated in the quote.
Delivery and setup
Delivery and setup take place at the time agreed with the venue or planner. Outdoor installs need level, accessible ground; in strong wind or rain we reserve the right to move pieces under cover.
Cancellation
Cancellation and date-change terms are stated in the quote.
Photographs
We may publish photos and videos of our pieces from your wedding on the website and social media, without guests' faces. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us before the wedding.
