Who we are

What we collect
Through the inquiry form we collect your name, email, phone, wedding date and venue, guest count, selected categories, your message and any images you send us. Via email and Instagram we collect what you write to us.
Why we process it
To check your date, prepare a quote, agree the design and fulfil the order. The legal basis is your consent (inquiry) and performance of a contract (order). We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing without separate consent.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become orders are deleted after 12 months. Order data is kept as long as accounting law requires (11 years for invoices). Inspiration images are deleted once the project is complete.
Who we share it with
With our form and email service provider, and with your venue or planner when needed for setup — only the couple's names, date and time. We never sell data and don't transfer it outside the EU unless the provider offers adequate safeguards.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing byamorina.info@gmail.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. The browser only remembers your chosen language (localStorage), which is not personal data.
