Send an inquiry with your date and venue. We check the date, send a quote, and the date is reserved once the deposit stated in the quote is paid.

Yes, across all of Croatia — Istria, Kvarner, Dalmatia and the islands. Delivery and setup outside Zagreb are stated in the quote in advance.

Yes. We arrange everything over messages and calls in English, letter your signs in any language, and talk to your venue or planner directly.

Depending on the piece, usually a few weeks after the sketch is approved. The exact lead time is in your quote. The seating chart is printed last, once the guest list is final.

Always. For every piece you receive a digital sketch with the exact text, typography and dimensions. We revise until it is exactly right; only then do we cut.

Yes. If you have a monogram or typeface from your invitations, send us the file or a photo and we carry it onto every piece. If you don't, we propose two or three combinations that match your colours.

Any. Croatian, English, Polish, German, Italian — and bilingual combinations. We proofread the text before cutting and send it to you for approval.

Most often gold, white and black, and other colours are possible too. We match the colour to your invitation and the rest of the decor.

Yes. Seating chart cards are printed last, so we accept name and table changes up to the deadline agreed in your quote.

Every piece is made to measure, so there is no price list. The price depends on size, material and personalization. Send us your date, venue and what you have in mind, and we will send you a quote with the exact amount.

A deposit is paid when reserving the date and the balance before the wedding. The deposit amount, deadlines and payment methods are stated in your quote.

Cancellation and date-change terms are stated in your quote. If the new date is available, we always try to make a date change work.

Delivery and setup depend on the venue and are always clearly stated in the quote — no surprises afterwards.

We do. We arrive before your guests, as agreed with the venue or planner, install every piece, secure the stands and check the photo from every angle. If you prefer to set up yourselves, we will arrange delivery with instructions.

Mirrors and boards go on heavier weighted stands; vinyl and acrylic are rain-proof. Neon and moss are never left in the rain, so we always agree a covered plan B with the venue.

Rented pieces (stands, shelves, walls, rented neon) are collected at an agreed time. Purchased pieces — the mirror, boards, the box — are handed to you, packed. Many couples later hang the mirror at home.

Yes. The vinyl lettering can be removed after the wedding or left on; the mirror remains a real mirror with a polished edge and hangs on a wall like any other.
