Six steps, no surprises.

This is what working together looks like, from the first message to the day after the wedding. Most steps happen over messages, at your pace.

  1. Step 01

    Inquiry and date check

    You send the date, the venue and what you're interested in. We check whether the date is free and send a first quote.

  2. Step 02

    Consultation and selection

    A short call or a few messages: we look at your invitations, colours and venue. Together we choose the pieces, materials and typography.

  3. Step 03

    Sketch and approval

    You receive a digital sketch of every piece with the exact text and dimensions. We revise until it is exactly as you want it.

  4. Step 04

    Handmade production

    We cut, lacquer and assemble. You get a photo of the finished piece before it is packed, and the seating chart is printed last.

  5. Step 05

    Delivery and setup

    We arrive at the venue before your guests, install, secure and photograph everything. By then you have other things on your mind.

  6. Step 06

    Collection after the wedding

    We collect the rented pieces at an agreed time. The ones you bought are handed to you, packed for the trip home.
